Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need to book an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment so we can dedicate our full attention to you, but we do welcome walk-ins where availability allows. To guarantee your time with a stylist and the best possible experience, book an appointment in advance. Weekend slots fill up fast!

What bridal gown styles does Bridal Secrets carry?

Can I bring my mum, bridesmaids, or family to my appointment?

Of course, this is a celebration! We suggest keeping your group small (3–4 guests) so the focus stays on you and you don’t get pulled in too many directions. The best “yes to the dress” moments happen when the people who matter most are right there with you.

How far in advance should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

We recommend starting your search at least 6–9 months before your wedding date. This allows time for ordering, alterations, and any bespoke customisations. That said, if your date is sooner, don’t panic, get in touch, and we’ll do our best to work with your timeline.

Throughout my visit, I received Elizabeth's full attention and her expertise with styling advice has been unmatched. I have since been to one other popular bridal store, and the experience I had there was awful all because of how the stylist treated me. This has only made me even more grateful for Elizabeth's time, knowledge and kindness during my appointment at Bridal Secrets. I had such a clear list of what I was not looking for that I didn't think finding my dream wedding dress would be possible on my budget. Elizabeth listened to my list and asked some more questions about my tastes as she selected some sample dresses to try on for ideas. The very first dress Elizabeth gave me to try on was the one! Each dress I tried on after gave me ideas of how I would like to customise my dress so it was even more me. I love that all their gowns can be customised to your liking, as the alterations are all completed in house. I was able to make multiple changes to my dress which made it very unique.
